May 5, 2011Ghost Productions provided the Mayo Clinic with an animation of a Photoablation procedure to treat Barrett’s Esophagus or Esophageal cancer. In Photoablation, an injection of light-sensitive medication that builds up in the damaged tissue is given to the patient. Next a light is applied to the diseased esophagus, killing the damaged cells.
